Shipping policy

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. As some of our products are handloom textiles crafted by artisans, some items may require additional handling time — this will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping charges are free within India.

Domestic Shipping:(India) We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery with your order number and photographs (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
