We usually wait for 24 hours before dispatching your order within which you can cancel the order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48hours(2 days) of receiving the parcel. Once an item is shipped, and you would like to return, the receipt or proof of purchase with details need to be provided.

Return shipping label will be provided for defective, damaged or incorrect items. A continuous video recording of the unboxing of the item is to be sent to Email ID vslcollectionsinc@gmail.com or Whatsapp; at 9849832209.

Customer can still return the items if they don't want the item for any reason. However, customer pays for the shipping if they want to return.

We will let you know where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at vslcollectionsinc@gmail.com.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
